Night ritual before a large white deity murti of Goddess Durga riding a lion, flanked by smaller figures and garlanded with yellow marigolds. A bright fire pit burns in front with brass vessels, a kalasha and offerings arranged on the platform. Two people in white and orange-saffron garments perform the homa at the stone steps; a man in white dhoti kneels closest to the flames while a second person in orange cloth with gold border stands behind, holding a fan. A third person in orange robe and turban stands at the left edge. Typical homa and puja scene with marigold garlands.
