A row of seated boys and young men perform a puja on woven mats along a long floor line. Brass plates hold offerings of bananas, flowers and a small brass kalasha, and several small brass oil lamps with lit flames stand nearby. Foreground: a boy in a green-and-white striped shirt and a plaid shirt reaches toward a brass tray. Behind them, other participants in white, blue and checked shirts sit with brass vessels and orange cloths before them. Pink and orange cloths and plastic containers line the floor. No senior teacher is visible.
