A dusty roadside plot beside a dirt road shows a low concrete platform or raised base with a small square slab, surrounded by dry brush, scattered rubble and a few loose leaves. Behind it tall palm trees and dense green shrubs and trees rise toward a hillside under a partly cloudy blue sky. A tall metal pole with red and white stripes and a small blue-and-white emblem stands at left, with overhead wires strung across the scene. No people are visible.
