A photograph of an outdoor work table made of a rough wooden plank board on a single wooden post, set among green shrubs and sandy ground edged with a low brick border. Several long iron rods lie across the board, and a person's hand in a white sleeve grips a metal rod or tool at the right, bending or shaping steel bars. No faces are visible. A faint copyright-style overlay is present at the lower right but is not transcribed.

A man in a teal shirt and dark trousers stands at left bending over vertical steel reinforcing bars set between concrete columns, using a tool. A second worker in a red top and cap crouches low beside him on a mesh of horizontal rebar laid over sand and rubble.
