Behind them a statue of a smiling man in an orange-red turban, rudraksha mala and white garland stands before framed pictures, including a golden tanjore-style painting of a seated man in a red-orange robe on an ornate throne, a Shiva image garlanded with marigolds, and a framed picture labelled with a name on a card.
