Close overhead view of a ritual foot-washing. Two bare feet, stained with yellow turmeric paste, rest in a large steel plate filled with milky liquid, scattered yellow lemons, and small dark grains or seeds. Several hands reach in: one holds a small brass cup of turmeric paste, another pours or applies liquid, and a child's hand with a gold bangle is visible. A red-and-orange garment hem and a teal cloth edge frame the scene, with a striped mat beneath and a red-filled small cup at right. The image is a photograph of the washing ritual with no visible portrait or identifiable person's face.
