A photo of a white and blue passenger boat moored at a riverside ghat, crowded with many people standing and leaning along its railing. Many wear white clothing, and several white-clad figures in front are wearing white caps. Behind the boat, stone steps lead up the bank where other people walk and stand. Red-and-white painted poles with arched frames line the steps. Smaller red and white boats float in the foreground. No individual can be confidently identified as a person from appearance, so the identity is left uncertain.
