Outdoor procession scene beside a weathered pink-plastered wall. A long-haired man in saffron-orange robes wears a rudraksha mala and a large gold necklace, standing behind a grey stone Shiva lingam set on a white pedestal, with a white nandi-like stone nearby. Around him are devotees in saffron clothing, some carrying saffron-and-blue ceremonial flags on poles, and a cameraman with a shoulder-mounted video camera filming. Figures stand on the wall above, and a palanquin-like canopy with fringed decoration appears in the background. A visible puja offering of red and white flowers rests on the base.
