Photograph of a temple shrine at dusk with a deity murti standing in a gilded arched niche draped with red, orange and green garlands and yellow marigold strands. The deity wears a red and gold garment and holds a staff; it stands on a gilded lion-shaped pedestal. Beside it a second niche holds another figure in red and gold with garlands. Orange curtains hang at the open pillars and a lamp stand is visible at right. In the lower left corner a partly visible person in an orange-brown garment and white cloth is seated at the base of the shrine, bending forward. Before them a small figure in red and orange cloth with garlands sits on a platform, and brass oil lamps stand on either side, one with a lit flame. The setting appears to be a temple-style puja space with dark blue curtains and greenery behind.2009-01-02A temple-style shrine photographed in a hall with blue-lit stone pillars. Two large deity murtis stand at the back, one with a crown and trident-like weapon and one in red and gold garments, both draped in marigold and yellow-green garlands and framed by a gilded arch. In front, a seated figure in an orange-brown cloth and white dhoti with gold border sits on a raised peetha, with a vessel of offerings and brass lamps arranged around.
