Outdoor gathering on a barren mountain slope beneath rocky cliffs, with strings of red, yellow, blue and white prayer flags stretched overhead. A seated figure in orange robes and a hood sits on a raised wooden seat under a red umbrella, with attendants in orange clothing beside him, one holding a long-handled object. In front of the seat sits an ornate gilded altar with a small deity murti and floral offerings on a patterned rug. Around them sit many devotees in white sun hats, blue and grey padded jackets, and orange shawls. Cameras on tripods and a video camera film the scene.
