Outdoor gathering on a grassy hillside with red and white prayer-flag style banners strung overhead. A man in an orange padded jacket, grey knit cap and dark sunglasses sits on a gold-framed seat with a trident-like staff behind him, facing a crowd of seated devotees in winter jackets, hats and orange shawls. Several people wear red, blue, green and black puffer coats; one wears a bright orange knitted headband and a white cap. Stone wall and rocky slope behind. The orange-jacketed man in the seat is an appearance-based candidate for a person but not clearly identifiable, so the identity is marked unsure. Counted: roughly fifteen visible people.
