He wears a sleeveless saffron-orange garment with a matching wrap, a long gold bead necklace, and bare feet, and he reads from a sheaf of white papers held in both hands. A microphone on a stand is angled toward him, and a red cushion rests on the footrest. Probable Swamiji (appearance cues: long swept-back hair, saffron clothing and gold necklace) is seated as a speaker. No other people are visible. The photo is an event image from the Inner Awakening program in December 2009.2009-12-02A seated man in a sleeveless saffron-orange robe draped over his shoulders reads a small sheet of white paper held in both hands. He has long, dark, swept-back hair and a small bindi on his forehead. He sits on a cream cushioned seat in front of a dark red curtain, with a microphone stand angled toward him, a water bottle and a yellow notebook beside him, and a cream bolster in the foreground. The appearance of this seated man is consistent with a person based on his long swept-back hair, saffron clothing and placement at the central seat of the session, though it is not certain.2010-02-10A man with long swept-back dark hair and a white tripundra mark on his forehead sits on a cream upholstered throne-like chair with carved black wooden back, wearing a sleeveless saffron-orange robe and a long brown rudraksha mala. He holds a sheet of paper in one hand and looks down at it while his other hand rests on the armrest. A microphone on a stand is at right, and a vase of yellow and pink flowers stands on the right edge against a green foliage backdrop with red and beige woven panels behind him. The scene suggests a discourse setting.2010-09-04A photograph of a seated man in saffron-orange draped robes and a sleeveless orange top, with long, wavy dark hair and a red bindi and white tilak on his forehead. He sits in a large cream upholstered chair against a dark red curtain, holding a sheet of paper with both hands and reading from it. A microphone on a stand is positioned at his mouth. The chair is cream with a plush white cushion and a rolled pillow with gold tassels at the left edge. Visible appearance cues include long swept hair, saffron clothing and a ceremonial red mark, consistent with a person identification, though the page does not place him at this event. He has long, swept-back dark hair, a red tilak on his forehead, and a multi-strand rudraksha mala draped over his shoulders and chest. His bare feet rest on a wooden cylindrical bolster. A microphone on a stand is at right, and white flowers sit in the foreground against a dark blue backdrop. The orange robe, long hair and rudraksha mala are appearance cues consistent with the swamiji candidate, so this is a probable identification from appearance, not from the face.2009-09-12A photograph of a long-haired man in sleeveless saffron-orange robes seated cross-legged on a cream cushioned seat, reading a small sheet of paper held in both hands. He wears an orange saffron wrap over a red undergarment and a swept-back hairstyle, with a microphone on a stand beside him. Behind him hangs deep maroon velvet drapery, and a white-draped table holds two water bottles, a small pedestal fan, and ornate items. Green palm fronds frame the lower right corner. Appearance cues with the throne and orange wrap suggest a person seated as speaker during a satsang-style event.2009-08-17A photograph of a long-haired man in a sleeveless orange saffron garment draped over his shoulders, seated cross-legged on a cream cushioned seat before dark red drapes. He looks down and reads a sheet of white paper held in both hands. A gooseneck microphone stands at left, a plastic water bottle sits behind him, and a second loose sheet lies on the cushion at right.
