A crowd of villagers gathers outdoors in a flat rural field beside a striped red, blue and green canvas tent with scalloped edges, supported by wooden poles. Blue plastic tarpaulins are pitched nearby and several motorcycles are parked in the foreground. Many people stand close together; a man in a bright red cap and a woman in a yellow sari are prominent, and a child in orange stands among them. Hazy sky and distant trees frame the scene. The setting suggests a relief distribution point.
