A photograph inside a thatched-roof room with whitewashed walls and clothes hung on a line. A tall figure with long dark swept-back hair, wearing an orange-saffron robe, a gold-coloured beaded necklace and holding a dark cane, stands at left and watches. Beside him a man in a white shirt and white dhoti with an orange-yellow shawl leans over and touches a gilded metal deity murti standing on the floor, while another man in a checked lungi bends to adjust it. Several gold-finished murtis, including seated and standing forms, sit on a woven mat among scattered cloth and paper, with a bag and bedding nearby. A photograph of a long-haired man in a flowing saffron-orange robe standing indoors beside a gold-coloured statue of a standing figure wearing an orange robe, a rudraksha mala, and a tall gold crown-like headdress. Behind them is a draped purple-maroon curtain, a gold ceremonial umbrella (chhatra), a gold throne-like seat with a red cushion, brass ritual items, a brass oil lamp, and a floral offering at the statue's base. Colourful woven-patterned hangings hang along the upper wall. The living man appears to be an in-person devotee or sannyasi rather than a confirmed identity; the statue is a depiction.
