Outdoor photo beneath a large banyan tree with hanging aerial roots and sunlight flaring through the canopy. A bald, bearded man in white dhoti and shawl, with a white sacred thread, holds a silver plate toward a person in saffron-orange robes with a red-edged cloth, whose back is to the camera. Nearby, a woman in an orange and black sari with gold-trimmed borders stands with her back to the camera, and a man in white with glasses and a white shirt stands at left. A young man in white with an orange scarf and identification lanyard stands at right. Children and a few other people are visible in the background near the tree. In the lower right, a green-and-white mat, a glass bowl and red flowers sit on a raised platform. Appearance cues for the saffron-robed figure are limited, so the identity is uncertain.
