Close top-down photograph of a pair of bare feet standing on a folded red and beige patterned cloth mat. The feet are smeared with white and yellow-orange paste, and each sits on a silver padukas-style sandal with a small silver knob. Red and white flower petals, including red roses and white jasmine, are scattered over the feet and the grey stone floor. The person wears saffron-orange robes at the top edge of the frame. This appears to be a padapuja, a ritual washing and worship of the feet, but the wearer's face and identity are not visible, so no one is identified.2002-07-07Close-up photo of a pair of bare feet standing on a folded beige and red cloth mat, the soles and toes smeared with white and yellow paste. A red and gold cushion lies beneath the plate, and a silver vessel sits at right. Only hands, feet and orange cloth are visible, so the figure's identity cannot be confirmed from appearance; the feet are shown in a padapuja offering. A bangled wrist and white garment appear at left.2009-09-10Close photo of a pair of bare feet standing in a round polished brass tray during padapuja, the feet washed in milk and strewn with red rose petals and white flower petals.
