Close top-down photograph of a pair of bare feet standing on a folded red and beige patterned cloth mat. The feet are smeared with white and yellow-orange paste, and each sits on a silver padukas-style sandal with a small silver knob. Red and white flower petals, including red roses and white jasmine, are scattered over the feet and the grey stone floor. The person wears saffron-orange robes at the top edge of the frame. This appears to be a padapuja, a ritual washing and worship of the feet, but the wearer's face and identity are not visible, so no one is identified.2002-07-07Close-up photo of a pair of bare feet standing on a folded beige and red cloth mat, the soles and toes smeared with white and yellow paste. Orange saffron robes are visible at the top edge of the frame, and the stone floor is grey. The feet are being honoured in a padapuja style ritual with flowers and paste, though no face is shown and no person can be identified.Close-up photo of a pair of bare feet standing on a shallow silver metal tray lined with red petals and white flowers, set on a red cushion.
