A flower-decorated wooden boat floats on a reddish-brown water tank with stone steps behind it. Strings of marigold garlands in yellow, orange and purple wrap the boat, with banana leaves at its corners and a striped multicoloured canopy overhead with a yellow fringed top. A figure in white stands under the canopy on the boat. Around the boat, about six men in white dhotis and shirts wade in the water, pushing and steadying the vessel. Two people sit on the steps at the top right, and the scene suggests a water procession. Text in the lower right corner reads a copyright line and source credit.
