He looks upward and smiles, with a rudraksha-style mala visible at his chest. Beside him on the right, a person in white clothes is partly visible at the frame edge. Dry leaves lie on the sandy ground.2006-10-21Outdoor photo beneath a huge ancient banyan tree with thick aerial roots and spreading branches hanging over sandy ground and fallen leaves. Four men stand together in the foreground: three wear saffron-orange robes and one, on the far right, has long swept-back dark hair and gestures with his right arm toward the tree. A white-clad man with a white shawl stands between them with a lanyard. Two more people in white and light clothing stand far left near a low platform.2006-10-25Outdoor photo of a group of people in white clothing gathered under a large banyan tree with many hanging aerial roots. A man in white dhoti and kurta with an orange shawl stands in the foreground, one arm raised toward the tree, while others in white, some with yellow and orange shawls, listen or look on. A low stone border curves along a dirt path beside the tree. The upper left shows a purple flag on a pole.2009-10-15
