A large crowd of devotees sits seated on the ground under a pandal roofed with tarpaulin and decorated with orange and red bunting, marigold-style garlands, and tall cylindrical pillars wrapped in blue, orange and white woven fabric with floral motifs. Palm fronds and banana leaves frame the structure. Many people wear white shirts and dhotis or saris, with some in orange, red and green saris, and several hold their hands folded in prayer. Name badges hang from some necks. The front of the gathering is out of frame, and no central figure or dais is visible, so no one in this image can be identified as a person.

A large crowd of devotees gathers under a colourful canopy of orange, red and blue patterned cloth with circular motifs, strung with green leaves and small pennants. In the foreground, women in white and mustard-yellow saris, some with gold necklaces and black beaded malas, sit with palms pressed together in namaskar or clapping. A woman in a purple sari and glasses sits centre-right, and a few children are visible among the seated women. Behind them, many men in white dhotis and shirts stand in rows under the canopy, with more people stretching into the open background. The scene suggests a public gathering at an ashram inauguration.

A video camera operator stands at centre, and a bald man in white is seen in the foreground. Under the canopy at right, a decorated deity murti is visible beside blue draped fabric and tall yellow pillars, with a small portrait displayed among the structures. Green trees and a bright sky appear beyond the tent edge.

A tall painted pillar on the left has a bird motif and floral patterns on blue, red and yellow bands. Foreground figures include a man in white dhoti with orange waist cloth and a bare-chested stance, a woman in a white and green sari with hands folded, a young girl in a grey jacket with a braid and folded palms, and a woman in white with bangles.
