A central man with a shaved-head look wears a dark maroon-brown wrapped garment, a long gold-bead and rudraksha-style mala, and a thick red and yellow marigold garland with white flower strands. Beside him on the left, an older man in an orange shawl and white dhoti wears a white jasmine garland and holds his hands together. Flanked by saffron-robed priests and men in white shirts, many with flower garlands, some raising hands. A wooden palanquin pole and an ornate fan-shaped canopy appear at top right. Saffron and orange clothing dominates the scene; the central figure's appearance does not clearly establish the a person identity.2013-11-11Outdoor procession with a central man in a dark red-brown dhoti and shawl, wearing a heavy gold-bead necklace and a thick brown bead mala, draped in long garlands of white jasmine and red and yellow flowers, smiling and walking with his palms joined in a greeting. Beside him an older man in an orange-and-cream shawl and white dhoti, also garlanded, presses his palms together. Behind them saffron-robed monks with shaved heads and gold chains walk under a decorated umbrella, with a tall gold staff and palm trees behind. White-clad men in garlands flank the procession, which appears to be a ceremonial outdoor walk.2013-11-11November 13 20062006-11-13Photo 116877122014-07-04October 11 20162016-10-11Outdoor procession under a multicoloured canopy umbrella with fringed tassels, beside palm trees and a large silver trishul. A second man in an orange turban and white flower garland stands beside him, and a bearded man in orange robes with a beaded necklace is at right. A figure in orange robes at left holds a brass plate of flowers. Devotees in white clothes and orange shawls stand around, several with palms pressed together in greeting.
