A woman in a rust-red sari with a gold border and a white tilak on her forehead smiles at the right foreground, wearing beaded necklaces, gold bangles and her hair pulled back. Around her, many women and men in white and cream traditional garments with gold borders stand in a loose crowd; one woman holds a mobile phone and another wears a long braided plait. A cameraman in a light blue shirt films beside a man in a white shirt, and a seated woman in a pale yellow top faces away from the camera at lower left. No identifiable a person figure is visible.2020-03-12March 12 20202020-03-12March 12 20202020-03-12August 17 20142014-08-17 +1 copiesNovember 18 20152015-11-18November 18 20152015-11-18December 30 20182018-12-30 +1 copiesA stage event where a line of women in traditional cream-white saris with gold borders stands in a row, several with palms pressed together in namaste and one wearing a kumkum-marked forehead. On the left, a figure in white with a bare upper body and a long beaded necklace stands near a large semicircular floral arch of marigolds and rose-coloured blossoms in bands of yellow, orange, red and green. Behind them, gold and red curtains hang on the stage, and a red-and-patterned carpet covers the floor. Some women hold their hands to their faces in devotion. Some people in the background wear teal, pink and magenta saris. No visible a person candidate is clearly identifiable.2016-12-23
