The older man kneels in a white shirt and white trousers, wearing a red rudraksha mala and a gold bracelet, with eyes closed in reverence. A standing figure in white kurta and white dhoti with an orange shawl stands behind them, and women in saris watch from the right. The floor has a pink and green mat. Appearance suggests a person for the kneeling saffron-clad figure with long hair, garland and bare chest, performing blessing on a devotee, consistent with padapuja or energy darshan.2006-12-10A photograph taken indoors at night showing a woman with long dark curly hair pressing both hands to the forehead of an older man with grey hair and a white beard. The man wears a white polo shirt with a rudraksha mala and sits on a green floor mat with an orange cloth over his lap. Behind them, several seated men in white clothes with saffron/orange shawls and rudraksha malas sit on red-striped cushions, one standing with a tripod-mounted camera. A speaker, red cables and a small stand with a brass dish are visible on the floor. A bluish logo appears at top left. Nothing in the image establishes who is being honoured beyond the visible appearance, so no candidate is identified.2006-06-04A seated figure in an orange saffron robe with long, wavy dark hair wears a multicoloured flower garland with yellow and white blooms. Their hand rests on the bowed head of an elderly white-haired man in a white shirt and a dark rudraksha mala, who holds a small red object in both hands. Around them, a woman in a white sari with a gold border and a dark mala stands watching, and a young man in a white shirt looks on. Others in white and gold garments stand in a hall with a purple backdrop.2010-02-15July 06 20102010-07-06July 30 20062006-07-30July 30 20062006-07-30A photograph of a seated figure in saffron-orange robes with a long swept-back dark hairstyle, a rudraksha mala and a gold armlet, placing his right hand on the head of a kneeling older man with grey hair in a white shirt, whose hands are pressed together in greeting. Two women in white and a red-bordered shawl sit nearby. Fruit and a basket of offerings sit at lower left, and the room has pink walls.2011-02-26July 30 20062006-07-30June 04 20062006-06-04A photograph of an evening darshan in an ashram hall. The elderly man, with grey hair, has his hands folded at his chest. Behind them a woman in a dark patterned top and a woman in white stand watching, and ornamental fabric banners with yellow and blue patterns hang from the ceiling.2010-07-01
