A construction site inside an unfinished building with a corrugated metal roof supported by wooden beams and metal rods. Three workers are on the job: one on the left stands on a tall metal stepladder in a checked shirt and dark trousers, applying white material to the corrugated sheeting; a second in a blue shirt and dark trousers is standing on a wooden beam under the roof, and a third in a light shirt is on a beam near the right edge, with a ladder beside him. The plain concrete block wall below shows a bright window glow and a vertical pipe run. Bottom right of the frame has a white tub and a red and white object on the wall.2007-03-29August 15 20052005-08-15July 19 20102010-07-19 +1 copiesA partly built concrete-block structure with a corrugated white sheet roof stands among green shrubs and bushes in a dry, open area. Bamboo poles prop up the roofline and a tall black metal water tank sits on a frame of metal legs at right, beside a utility pole with wires. Palm trees and leafy trees fill the background under a pale hazy sky. No people are visible.2007-03-22A photograph of a single-storey building with a terracotta tiled roof and a cream-coloured wall, with laundry hanging on lines below the eaves. A man in a white shirt and dark trousers stands on the roof beside a large black cylindrical water tank, reaching up to a tall metal pipe fixed to it. Clear pale sky and power lines run across the background. A small solar-style street lamp is mounted at the left edge of the roof. The scene looks like an ordinary ashram building maintenance moment. +1 copiesA thatched open-sided shelter with a dried-straw roof and a tall copper finial at its peak, under a clear sky surrounded by green trees and flowering shrubs. Two workers are on the roof repairing or re-thatching it, one standing near the finial and another crouched among bundles of straw and bamboo. A tall bamboo ladder leans against the front eave, and bamboo poles are propped along the right side. Red-painted pillars support the structure, and a red-brick plinth lies at its base with stone slabs visible on the right. No one in this scene is identifiable as a person.2010-07-22June 11 20102010-06-11A long white corrugated-metal building with a newly laid thatched roof of dried palm fronds is under construction. Several workers in light clothing stand on the roof and along a wooden ladder, tying and fixing the fronds. Another worker in a red cap stands at the base of the wall. Stacked palm mats and thatch bundles lie on red earth in the foreground, and leafy trees and a blue sky fill the background.2009-10-15July 22 20102010-07-22May 17 20072007-05-17Interior view looking up at a corrugated white roof supported by a steel truss frame of dark metal bars and lighter horizontal purlins. Diagonal braces form triangular bays across the ceiling. At the right edge, bamboo poles lie across the structure and green foliage shows beyond an open side. Low white walls and a small speaker sit at the bottom of the frame. No people are visible.2007-03-22A long, whitewashed single-storey building with a thatched roof of dry bundled grass or palm stalks, under a pale sky. It has a dark open doorway on the left, a wooden door near the right end, and two small shuttered windows. The ground in front is bare earth with scattered stones, debris and a blue tarpaulin. A round tower with a red-banded rim stands at the far left edge.
