The seated man wears an orange shawl-like wrap over a bare upper body, with a green bead mala around his neck, and holds a long wooden staff in one hand while gesturing with the other. Nearby on the platform are a small printed leaflet, a garland of flowers, and a white tent canopy overhead. A person in a patterned blue shirt stands at the left edge and another in colourful clothing at the right edge. The appearance matches the page's a person cues of long hair, saffron-orange wrap and rudraksha-style mala, so the seated man is a person in an outdoor setting, with the statue in gold as a deity murti.2006-02-25A photograph of a ritual at a temple shrine.
