A photograph of a crowded pink-draped hall where volunteers in white coats and white shirts hand out medicine packets and boxes from a long table covered in red paisley cloths. An older man with white hair and a white shawl stands at the centre of the table, holding papers, while a woman in a red sari with a name badge stands at right. Cardboard boxes, including one labelled Baxter, sit on a side table, and a woman with a grey braid in a blue patterned shawl leans over the table in the foreground holding slips of paper.
