A crowd of smiling men in white clothes with orange shawls and orange waist cloths fills the frame, many with raised arms and some with vertical tilak marks on their foreheads. Several wear white badges and one holds a water bottle. The setting looks like an indoor hall with red-and-white floor mats. A bald older man in white is partly visible at the lower right.
