November 15 20112011-11-15 +1 copiesA man with long swept-back dark hair sits cross-legged on an ornate gilded throne with a red velvet cushion and carved golden lion-like armrests. He wears an orange saffron wrap with gold trim, a multi-strand golden rudraksha mala necklace, gold armlets and a red tilak on his forehead, smiling as he sits. A brass oil lamp burns beside the throne, a water bottle stands on a gilded side table, and a large backdrop shows a forested landscape with partial text. Probable Swamiji (distinctive long hair, saffron clothing, rudraksha mala and gold ornaments, seated on a throne), presented as a speaker on stage.2011-12-08November 15 20112011-11-15 +1 copiesNovember 15 20112011-11-15 +1 copiesA seated man in orange and gold ceremonial dress sits on an ornate gold throne with carved peacock finials and a gold arched backrest. He wears long dark hair, a red bindi, a rudraksha mala with a gold clasp and gold bangles, and an orange silk garment with a red and gold border. He holds an orange tablet device and gestures with one hand while speaking. Tall brass oil lamps flank the throne on a dark blue backdrop with a red-draped platform. Appearance-based candidate for Swamiji (probable): the long hair, saffron clothing, rudraksha mala and ornate throne are visible cues. He wears a long gold-bead ceremonial necklace, bangles on his wrists and a red bindi on his forehead, and he gazes to his left. Three brass oil lamps with bird-shaped finials burn beside him against a dark wall, and small offerings sit at the base of the throne. Probable Swamiji cues: long swept-back hair, saffron clothing and ceremonial gold necklace, seated on a throne.2012-04-27
