Five drummers in white dhotis with yellow and orange borders, bare-chested and wearing rudraksha-style beaded necklaces and blue shoulder cloths, play barrel drums with sticks. A seated musician in a pink head wrap and red shirt plays a drum at the left edge, and a figure in a green shirt stands in the background. Coloured cloth lies on the ground in the foreground.2017-12-16Close-up photo of a performer in a red dress printed with yellow, green and blue paisley motifs and small flowers, tied with blue ribbons at the waist. Two wooden drums, a larger one in the foreground and another on the right, are strapped with rope and decorated with bright magenta tassels. The performer's torso and the drum shells dominate the frame; the face is cropped out. No a person appearance is visible.2009-06-25December 31 20092009-12-31A photograph of a stage performance with Punjabi-style folk dancers. In the centre, a young man in a red kurta with gold trim and a gold headband plays a dhol drum with a stick, the drum decorated with red and orange tassels. To the left, a performer in a blue embellished outfit with sequins stands beside a second drum. On the right, a dancer in a pink-and-green outfit smiles, and another in a sparkling purple outfit raises an arm. A man in a pink turban and an orange garment holds a microphone in the background. The setting is a plain pale wall with warm dim lighting.2010-12-26
