The figure on the left wears an orange turban and holds a small ritual object in one hand with the other raised in a blessing gesture. The figure on the right wears a tall gold crown, pearl and bead necklaces and large earrings. In front stands a tall golden kalasha-like vessel, also draped in flower garlands, with a gold bulbous base. Golden drapery and ornate gilded panels frame the scene. No living people are visible.2013-11-05A close photograph of a gilded metal deity murti, a multi-headed figure seated on a lotus-style base, framed by a garland of yellow marigolds and red roses. Behind it, the lower legs and white dhoti with gold borders of a standing person are visible, along with a red-flowered garland on a pillar at the right. The setting suggests a temple or ritual puja. No physical people are clearly visible beyond partial legs.2018-03-02A decorated shrine with two metal deity murtis (statues) on a raised platform, heavily adorned with garlands of marigolds, roses and white flowers in yellow, orange, red and pink. The figure on the left wears a red-and-gold crown and a large jeweled necklace, holding a hand in abhaya mudra; the figure on the right wears a dark crown and a golden necklace with an orange cloth. A large floral mandala-like garland forms a cascade at the base, and brass oil lamps flank the platform. Strings of flowers hang along the pillars behind. No people are visible; this is a photograph of ritual decoration with deity statues.2007-12-10May 07 20172017-05-07July 16 20132013-07-16 +1 copies
