The surrounding area is dark, with a faint thin cord running across the left background.2013-03-02A photograph taken at night of a large bonfire blazing on bare reddish-brown ground. Tall flames stream sideways from a wooden frame built like a tepee. In the dark background, several faint figures in white clothing stand near thin glowing light poles, and red decorative lights hang from trees at right. The fire dominates the frame and appears to be part of an Ananda Tapas fire circle at Adi Kailasa.2007-02-13November 21 20102010-11-21January 02 20162016-01-02A large night-time sacred fire burns on the bare ground, with tall flames rising from a pile of split logs and sparks drifting upward into the dark sky. Two seated figures in pale clothing sit at the left and right edges beyond the fire, partly in shadow. The fire is a visible ritual fire pit in an outdoor setting, consistent with a homa or agni ritual; no clear portrait or identifiable a person depiction is visible.2007-02-07February 13 20072007-02-13 +1 copies
