Behind them stands a golden deity murti adorned with garlands and gold ornaments, beside a gold staff. A woman in an orange sari with a rudraksha mala stands at right, and another person in white bends forward at lower right, in what appears to be a temple setting with red drapes and a gold throne.2015-10-24July 19 20152015-07-19A seated figure with a shaved head? No: a figure with long dark hair wearing a rudraksha-style beaded necklace, a gold bangle and a maroon-and-gold draped garment places one raised hand on the forehead of a man in a white kurta with an orange-red shawl. The recipient stands with palms together at his waist while the officiant holds a folded paper in the other hand. Behind them stand women in white and orange clothing and gold-embroidered draperies, with a golden ornamental panel at left. The scene appears to be a blessing or darshan ritual inside a temple setting.2015-10-24December 20 20132013-12-20A long-haired man in a rust-red shawl and wrapped garment, with a rudraksha-style bead necklace, sits at a gilded throne with an orange tasselled canopy and extends his right hand to touch the forehead of a young boy in a white shirt with a red shawl and an event lanyard. Behind them a woman in white with beads sits watching, and several seated devotees in white and red shawls fill the hall in soft evening light. The setting suggests a padapuja or darshan moment at the Bali event.2013-12-20A photograph of a devotional darshan scene. A figure with long dark hair and a bare-shouldered rust-orange wrap sits on an ornate gold throne-like seat, raising one hand toward the forehead of a young man in a white t-shirt wearing a rudraksha mala. The young man has his palms pressed together in greeting. Behind them, gold garlands hang on a decorated backdrop with maroon cloth, and other seated people in orange-red robes are visible. A chain-like rudraksha mala hangs on the seated figure. The seated figure has a probable Swamiji appearance, with long swept-back hair, a rudraksha mala and rust-orange ceremonial clothing, giving darshan to a devotee. A watch is visible on the young man's wrist.2014-12-28October 15 20152015-10-15October 14 20152015-10-14September 20 20152015-09-20October 24 20152015-10-24
