In the foreground a smiling man in a rust-red shawl and dhoti, with a red-and-blue flower garland and a red bindi, walks at the centre while a man in an orange-brown dhoti and shawl holds a large dark embroidered umbrella over him. Another man in a white shirt stands at the right edge, partly cropped, and a few more people are partly visible in the background. The man under the umbrella is a person by appearance cues: a long hanging garland and a ceremonial umbrella-bearing role, but the face and hair are not clearly distinctive enough to confirm identity.2016-02-17December 31 20152015-12-31February 17 20162016-02-17 +1 copiesFebruary 17 20162016-02-17 +1 copiesFebruary 21 20162016-02-21Night procession scene under a teal and red fringed canopy hung with orange and white marigold garlands and brass bells. A smiling person with a red-marked forehead and red-and-gold garment sits or stands at the centre beneath the decorated palanquin structure. To the right, a shaven-headed man in saffron-orange robes wears a long rudraksha mala and gold chain, with a trident-like ceremonial staff at the edge of the frame. Gold-tinted ornamented poles and a golden canopy finial fill the left side. The setting appears to be an outdoor festival procession.2013-02-12November 19 20152015-11-19Nighttime procession scene with colourful string lights blurred in the background. Centre, a smiling man in a maroon-red turban and maroon-red robe holds a silver trident aloft; he wears a long green-beaded mala and a pendant. Beside him, a man on the right in dark robes with a shaved head and beaded necklace walks alongside. A figure in white-and-gold cloth stands at the left edge. The appearance of the central figure with his turban, robe, trident and garlands suggests a candidate for a person, shown in a procession role. Greenery and a vehicle are faintly visible behind.2015-11-16February 17 20162016-02-17 +1 copies
