The seated figure's face has a golden tilak mark on the forehead and wears gold earrings. Around them, women in white saris with gold borders stand; one wears a brown-beaded rudraksha mala and another has a gold necklace and bangles, and one holds her hands together. A man in a striped shirt kneels at right, and a figure in orange and a bald-headed man in orange robes stand in the background. The setting is an indoor hall with a pillar and a gold lion-head finial in the foreground.2014-05-20July 07 20142014-07-07 +1 copiesPhotograph of a domestic house visit with devotees gathered in a small room with cream walls. A bare-chested figure seated at right wears an orange-red cloth, a long dark rudraksha mala and bangled armband, with long swept-back hair and gold earring; he holds a small purple-lined box containing a ring-like ornament. A young attendant in orange cloth and rudraksha beads stands beside a gold-coloured box, and a monk in white with a short-shaved head is at the top. Several women in saris and a man in white dhoti with a flower garland sit or stand nearby. A man in orange cloth at back holds a camera. The setting suggests a devotee household visit, possibly a padapuja, with the seated figure as the honoured guest.2014-07-07 +1 copiesMay 12 20122012-05-12 +1 copiesJanuary 30 20162016-01-30A photo of a crowded tented ritual gathering with red fabric walls and a gilded throne-like seat at left. A seated figure in orange clothing and a pink-and-white garland, with long dark hair, sits on a red cushioned throne with golden lion-shaped armrests, receiving devotees who bow and touch his feet. Around him, many women in saffron, red and multicoloured saris and white-clad men in dhotis with gold borders and beaded necklaces stand close together. A camera on a tripod and a white cooling unit are visible at upper left, and several bald devotees with folded hands stand in the foreground.2016-05-01July 18 20132013-07-18
