A man in the right foreground wears a white dhoti, a long rudraksha mala with a gold-toned pendant, and bold white ash markings on his arms, hands folded. Several women and children are visible, some with long braided hair and beaded necklaces. A woman in a yellow saree with red accents stands among the group. A man in the centre wears a saffron-orange garment, bare-chested with long swept-back dark hair, carrying a long wooden staff, and is sheltered by an orange umbrella held above him. Around him are men in white dhotis and white kurtas with orange shawls draped over their shoulders, some barefoot and some in sandals; one at left holds a black umbrella and wears a beaded necklace. The procession moves in a line across the ploughed ground.2007-08-11Outdoor procession on a dirt path lined with palms and trees, with a wooded hill behind. Two lead men walk barefoot in saffron-orange robes; the figure on the left wears a long gold-bead garland and a white forehead mark with long dark hair, and the one beside him wears an orange robe and a gold pendant necklace.
