May 08 20172017-05-08December 18 20162016-12-18A photograph of a seated man in a gold ornate throne with carved gilt elephants and floral motifs behind him. He wears a red-orange shawl over his shoulders, a long rudraksha mala with a gold pendant, a white tripundra with a red bindi, and long dark hair, eyes closed and palms open. A young priest with bare upper body in a red-and-white checked cloth bends toward a large bronze bowl of yellow rice or offering, taking up a handful. The scene reads as a ritual offering.
