December 03 20092009-12-03A photograph of a large banyan tree with many aerial roots and wide spreading branches under green foliage. A person with long dark hair, wearing a saffron-orange shawl and seated on a white plastic chair, sits in front of the tree trunk, looking to the side. Other white plastic chairs are visible at the lower edge. The scene is outdoors in bright daylight. The person appears to be Swamiji (probable), based on the long swept-back hair and saffron-orange clothing, seated as a participant or speaker.2006-10-19A person in orange saffron robes sits on a white plastic chair beneath a large spreading banyan tree. Aerial roots hang from the wide horizontal branches, and green leaves fill the upper frame. The seated person has long dark hair and gazes off to the left, with the trunk rising behind.2006-10-19A barefoot man in a saffron-orange dhoti and shawl, with a long rudraksha mala around his neck, stands on a dark polished stone platform beside a huge old banyan tree with thick aerial roots and spreading branches. Sandy ground and a low stone plinth surround the tree, and a small shrine opening is visible at its base. The man's hair is long and dark, and he gestures with one hand as if speaking.2011-09-02A large banyan tree with many thick aerial roots and hanging prop roots forms the centre of the scene, rising above a circular stone platform with a low white curb and steps. A single person in saffron-orange robes stands at the right edge of the platform, appearing to walk, with short dark hair and bare feet. Dry reddish earth surrounds the base of the tree and a small dark opening is visible at the foot of the trunk. Other trees and open ground fill the background under bright daylight.2009-08-17A photograph of a long-haired man in saffron-orange robes and a rudraksha mala sitting cross-legged in meditation on a low wooden seat with a white cushion, a red bindi on his forehead, beneath a massive banyan tree with many aerial roots and spreading branches. A pink-clad person is partly visible at the lower right edge of the frame. The man's appearance matches the page's a person reference through several cues: long swept hair, saffron clothing and a rudraksha mala, so the candidate is probable.2006-12-09A photograph of a large ancient banyan tree with dense hanging aerial roots and thick trunks forming a shrine-like hollow at its base, with a small raised stone platform and a dark recessed niche beneath. In the left foreground a woman with long dark wavy hair wears a flowing saffron-orange garment and presses her body against the tree trunk with her arms wrapped around it, while a man in white clothing stands in the background at the left edge. Dry leaves cover the sandy ground.2011-02-202004 - First Sannyas Deeksha At AdiKailaasa2004-07-02A large banyan tree with many aerial prop roots and spreading branches stands in a sunlit courtyard. A marigold garland of yellow and purple flowers hangs across the trunk above a small dark shrine opening, with a small stone stand holding a plate of red offerings in front. A figure in a flowing orange robe with long dark hair stands at the right edge beside a white-walled raised platform, one hand touching the trunk. The figure is standing barefoot and is not clearly identifiable from appearance, so no identification is made.2010-02-12A barefoot man with long dark hair stands on bare earth beside a huge old banyan tree with thick grey trunks and many hanging aerial roots. He wears a flowing saffron-orange robe draped over one shoulder and looks off to the side. A dark hollow opening sits at the base of the trunk behind him. Possible a person depiction: an orange-robed figure with long swept-back hair and a bare-footed ascetic presentation, but the face is too small and the cues are not distinctive enough to confirm identity.2006-04-19December 07 20072007-12-07December 31 20082008-12-31
