He rests his right hand on the bowed head of a kneeling devotee in a white shirt and white dhoti, who holds his palms together in namaskar and wears glasses. Behind them stands a large silver lion-head sculpture, and a silver-patterned pillar frames the left edge against a dark background. A red thread is tied on the standing man's wrist. The scene suggests a blessing or darshan moment on stage.2017-12-16A photograph of a satsang-style blessing. A man with voluminous black dreadlocked hair and a bindi, wearing an orange-saffron shawl draped over his bare shoulder and a long rudraksha-style bead necklace, sits on a leopard-print cushioned seat and reaches out to touch the forehead of a man in a white shirt who kneels before him with palms pressed together. Behind them stands a woman in a red-orange sari with a gold border, wearing a rudraksha mala and gold pendant, with a red bindi. A tall brass oil lamp and a gold ceremonial vessel stand near a dark red curtain, and a painted backdrop of a figure is visible at the left. A standing fan and an air conditioner are in the background.2016-03-01October 06 20172017-10-06A seated man with long swept-back black hair wrapped in a high turban-like crown with a gold ornament, wearing an orange-saffron shawl draped over his bare shoulders and a beaded rudraksha-style mala necklace, places his right palm on the forehead of a kneeling devotee in a white shirt and grey trousers. He sits on a leopard-print cushioned throne before a golden ornate pedestal and a dark red curtain, with a brass oil lamp nearby. On the right, a woman in an orange sari with a dark bead mala and a gold pendant stands watching.2016-03-01 +1 copiesA seated man in an orange-red dhoti and draped cloth, with a white forehead marking and red dot, wears a long gold-bead necklace and rudraksha-style beads on his arm, and extends his right palm onto the head of an elderly grey-haired man kneeling in a white shirt and red-orange shawl. A gold kalasha-like vessel and a silver staff topped with a cobra stand nearby, with red drapes and a peacock-feather fan at left. Swamiji (probable): the seated blessing figure shows long swept-back hair, a sacred ash forehead mark, ornate gold necklace and saffron-orange robes, consistent with the page's reference to Swamiji.2014-07-27March 01 20162016-03-01May 14 20142014-05-14A seated figure on a red velvet throne with a gold-trimmed frame, wearing a leopard-print headwrap, a crescent-shaped gold ornament at the top of the head, a red tilak on the forehead, layered rudraksha mala beads, and a rust-orange shawl over bare shoulders; this is the probable Swamiji by appearance, with dreadlocked hair, a crown-like headwrap and rudraksha malas as qualifying cues, and he is placing his hand on the head of a devotee. The devotee kneels before him in a white collared shirt with curly dark hair. A flame glows in the background and a gold-handled ritual object is visible at the lower left.2017-08-10May 12 20142014-05-12
