A photograph of a seated group of devotees holding lit oil lamps during a puja in a hall. Several men wear white dhotis and shawls: one has a yellow shawl, another a yellow-bordered cloth, and others have red-striped white dhotis and rudraksha malas. Several are holding small flames in their hands, with bright lamps visible above and to the right. A man in front has a tilak on his forehead and is seated near the lower left edge. Bright white lights and oil lamps are in the background.

Photograph of a seated ritual at dusk with devotees dressed in white. In the foreground a shaved-headed man in white dhoti and shawl, with white horizontal stripes on his upper arm and a dark rudraksha-style mala, holds up a small brass oil lamp with a lit flame while chanting. Beside him a younger man in white with a dark mala sits with hands joined. Blurred figures and lamps fill the background, and a person in the right foreground is partly visible. The scene suggests a puja with an oil lamp offering.

Evening photograph of a devotional ritual in a crowd. In the foreground, a shaved-headed young man in white dhoti and shawl, bare-chested, wears a rudraksha mala and a small hoop earring, with white vibhuti marks on his forehead and shoulder. He stands with hands raised over a brass aarti lamp with a bright flame held by a man in a white shirt. Behind them, men in white and checked shirts crowd the scene, and garlanded deity murti or decorated figures appear at the upper right with jasmine garlands and draped cloth. A small brass bell hangs from the lamp stand.

A seated group of devotees in white ritual dhotis and shawls perform a puja, many holding lit oil lamps (diyas) in their hands. Several men wear rudraksha malas around their necks, and some have sacred red and white markings on their foreheads. A man in the centre wears wire-rimmed glasses and holds a lamp forward, while a bald man in the lower left chants with his mouth open. The atmosphere is focused and devotional, with more participants seated behind them in the dim hall.
