It holds a golden trident in its raised left hand and makes a mudra with its right. The figure wears layered silver and jewelled necklaces, a maroon velvet vest, a jewelled waist belt and ornate earrings. A red curtain backs the statue against a pale stone ceiling. No living people are visible, and the statue is not a presentation of a living person, so this is a depiction of a deity murti rather than a person.2007-08-12A photograph of a metal deity murti, with a copper-toned face, red lips and painted eyes, wearing an orange and gold turban topped with an ornate jewelled crown. It is adorned with layered beaded necklaces, rudraksha-style dark mala beads, jewelled earrings and bracelets. The right hand is raised in a jewelled, beaded blessing gesture, and a golden trident rests at the left side. A green and gold shawl drapes the shoulders against a red velvet backdrop, with yellow and purple flower garlands in the lower corners. No physical person is visible; the figure is a statue.2010-09-07Photograph of a pair of golden-brown deity murti seated side by side on a deep red draped platform before a pale mint-green cloth backdrop. The figure on the right wears a gold crown, a red and gold brocade sari, a long black braid and ornate jewelled necklaces. Marigold petals and an oil lamp sit at the lower edge. Statues only, no physical people are visible.2015-05-09May 14 20152015-05-14December 22 20112011-12-22May 25 20132013-05-25 +1 copiesAugust 21 20122012-08-21Photo 11689580May 14 20152015-05-14
