A close photograph of a young girl with short dark hair and a white embroidered top bowing forward to touch the bare feet of a seated figure. The figure wears an orange and maroon garment and sits on a red cushion, with a brass-edged low platform beneath. The girl's hands rest on the feet in a gesture of reverence, a padapuja-style act of devotion. Only the feet and lower garment of the seated person are visible. The visible person is partially shown; no face or distinctive headwear is visible, so the seated figure's identity cannot be established from the image.2006-10-21A devotee in white clothes with a saffron-orange shawl bows low with forehead to the floor before a gilded throne-like seat with ornate golden carvings.
