Most are bare-chested in white dhotis with gold borders and white shawls, many with sandalwood or vibhuti markings on their foreheads and arms. Several sit cross-legged on orange and purple mats with small brass plates, flowers, oil lamps with lit wicks, and vessels in front of them, while some hold ritual threads. Behind them, other men in white clothing sit on the floor and on chairs beneath ceiling fans, and a gold-brocade cloth hangs on the left wall.January 03 20172017-01-03 +1 copiesMay 26 20172017-05-26September 04 20112011-09-04January 04 20172017-01-04August 17 20112011-08-17A photograph of a row of men seated cross-legged on a glossy floor during a ritual, all dressed in white dhotis with red-bordered shawls. The nearest man, with a shaved head and rudraksha mala, holds his cupped hands near an offering, while others sit beside brass puja plates, small brass vessels, pink flowers, small oil lamps and orange cloths spread on the floor. A green-lidded container holds small bells. Several folding chairs stand empty along the back wall. Only the seated men are physical people; the figure's identity is not established from appearance.2011-01-23November 08 20102010-11-08Photo 11696485 +1 copiesJanuary 01 20172017-01-01 +1 copies
