July 07 20132013-07-07June 23 20172017-06-23Photograph of an aarti ritual before a gold-decorated throne inside a temple-style shrine. A seated figure in a red-orange turban, rust-orange garment and red-and-white flower garland sits on a gilded throne with a tiger-skin cushion, hands raised in blessing. Two large gilded guardian statues bare-chested in orange dhoti and green sashes flank the throne. In front, a bald priest in the foreground lifts a multi-tiered lit oil lamp. Two seated devotees in orange and a woman in blue and green sit below the throne with folded hands. Gold bells hang from the ceiling. The shrine has gold and green decorations.2014-11-24A seated figure on an ornate gold throne in a shrine, wearing an orange-red turban, an orange-red robe, a gold pendant necklace and a pink-and-white flower garland, with hands raised in a blessing gesture. Two devotees in orange and white kneel before the throne holding a lit oil lamp and offerings. A tiered brass lamp with many flames stands in the foreground, flanked by a brass oil lamp and a bell. Painted deity murtis with multiple arms and gold jewellery stand on both sides, with a tiger-skin cushion on the throne and hanging bells above. Swamiji (probable) is seated on the throne, identified by his turban, rudraksha-style garland, ceremonial gold necklace and the throne setting, with appearance cues that are reasonably distinctive.2013-07-07October 05 20162016-10-05Photograph inside a temple-like hall during an aarti with a lit brass lamp. In the foreground, a blurred figure in orange robes holds up a tall, multi-tiered brass lamp with many lit wicks. Behind, a seated figure in orange and red garments and a rudraksha mala sits on an ornate gold throne with a golden canopy, framed by a garland of red, yellow and green flowers. A female figure in orange sits near a microphone at the lower centre. Gold pillars and a deity murti stand beside the throne. The seated figure at the throne shows bare-chested adornments and a rudraksha mala; his appearance is consistent with the page reference, but a clear identification is uncertain. Several people visible in the scene.2017-07-30February 22 20132013-02-22 +1 copiesAugust 12 20132013-08-12December 02 20172017-12-02July 29 20172017-07-29A ceremonial stage scene during an outdoor puja. In the foreground, a blurred devotee with a flower garland in their hair raises a bright oil lamp toward the throne. Several people in white robes and saffron/orange shawls sit on the raised platform, including one with long white dreadlocks in a pink-orange cloth, and a man in an orange-gold kurta at right. The orange-clad figure at lower left is also in the frame.2016-05-24A photograph of a ritual aarti inside a temple-like hall. In the foreground, a bare-chested priest with white ritual markings on his arms and chest holds a flaming lamp aloft in one hand and a bell in the other.
