Water pours over the tall cylindrical lingam from a brass kalasha held by a priest in an orange saffron garment with a rudraksha mala. Beside him, a second attendant in a white dhoti with an orange sash holds a small brass pot. Water splashes across the stone base and floor. Part of a carved stone pillar appears at the left edge and another person in white stands at the right edge. Two people are visible, the two pouring priests and the partially visible person at the right edge, so the count is 2-5.2007-10-25November 24 20162016-11-24June 03 20132013-06-03A photograph of a Shiva lingam being anointed with white powder during a temple ritual.
