A young boy in a white shirt and white dhoti raises his right hand with palm open while facing a seated person in a red and gold silk garment with a rudraksha mala draped over the shoulders and a hair bun. The seated person holds a folded paper in both hands, appearing to administer a vow or oath. A cameraman with a tripod films from behind in the background, with a man in white dhoti and a yellow shirt nearby, a maroon curtain behind, and a white pedestal fan on the right. The seated person's appearance does not clearly match distinctive a person cues, so identity is unsure.
