At centre, a saffron-robed sadhu with a long white beard and orange turban, a rudraksha mala and a white-and-orange floral garland, walks with palms pressed together in namaste. Beside him, a man in white kurta and orange shawl also holds hands folded. Around them, men in white shirts and dhotis and a few in darker clothes press close, some looking on. A carved gopuram-style structure and shop signs appear in the background. The scene is blurred with motion.2006-11-24November 24 20062006-11-24May 07 20162016-05-07April 27 20082008-04-27Night procession at an outdoor event with many people and string lights along the route, lined with small orange flags. In the centre, a woman in an orange saffron sari with an orange head covering and a rudraksha mala stands with palms pressed together in namaskar. Beside her, a man in orange robes with a long golden staff and a golden ceremonial necklace walks in the procession. Around them, men in khaki and white shirts and an older man in a white shawl walk among the crowd.2008-04-27A nighttime photograph of a crowd at a temple or ashram area. In the centre stands a smiling man with long swept-back hair, wearing an orange-red shawl over bare shoulders and a heavy gold necklace with a large pendant, with a red tilak on his forehead; he matches the Swamiji (probable) profile from the cues of long hair, saffron clothing and ceremonial gold ornamentation. Beside him is a bald man in a white shirt with a red tilak, and to the left a man in a dark shirt with hands folded. A uniformed police officer in a khaki shirt and blue-banded cap stands at the right edge. Several bald or shaved-headed men in the background, some with rudraksha-style beads, are part of the crowd, and dark pillars frame the scene.2012-04-05A night-time photograph of a procession on a dirt road. In the centre, a bare-chested man with a shaved head, rudraksha mala and a white head band walks barefoot in a saffron-orange dhoti with gold borders, held by a man in a saffron cloth with a long hair and gold neck ornaments on his left. Behind them, sannyasis in saffron robes and devotees in white dhotis follow. On the right, a uniformed police officer in khaki with a red belt walks alongside. Vans and a golden temple structure appear in the background under street lights.2012-05-21February 10 20092009-02-10May 08 20162016-05-08 +1 copiesNight procession on a paved stone path beside an ancient temple wall. At the centre, a smiling man with long dark hair and a red-and-gold headband, wearing an orange-saffron cloth and a rudraksha-style necklace, walks barefoot, with a man in orange beside him and a bearded figure in orange and white behind. Around them uniformed police officers in khaki with red belts walk alongside, and a crowd of devotees in white, saffron and purple moves through the scene. A lamp glows on the ground at lower left. Swamiji (probable): the central figure has long hair, a crown-like headband and saffron clothing with ornate necklaces, consistent with the page's reference to Swamiji at this event.2012-05-21 +1 copies
