He wears layered gold necklaces with ornate pendants and a red thread on his wrist, with white ash marks on his arms. Behind him stands a camera operator and a blurred stage backdrop with colourful lights, and a black equipment case sits to the right. The setting appears to be a stage event during a satsang or puja.2018-01-06May 25 20172017-05-25A bare-backed priest in a hot pink turban and white dhoti stands at the back of a decorated wooden ratha or procession cart, arms raised to place a garland of red and white flowers and green leaves onto a deity murti. Rudraksha mala beads hang across his shoulders and chest. Flanking the cart, carved figures with beards and crowns sit at the sides, and small woven baskets hold leaves and flowers. The background is glowing golden lights and warm decorations. No a person candidate is visible; the figure is a priest seen from behind.2016-07-03April 03 20122012-04-03A priest in white dhoti with a red turban-like cloth and a rudraksha-style garland bends over a homa fire, pouring offerings into flames rising from a fire pit. Marigold and white flower garlands and fruit sit on a tray before the fire. Behind, a shrine holds deity murtis draped in flower garlands, lit by string lights and a candle. A second person in orange robes stands at left, and another figure is partly visible at right. The scene is a homa or yagna ritual.2017-05-26May 13 20122012-05-13 +2 copiesA photograph of a man in white ritual dress bending forward at a stone shrine, pressing his forehead and hand against the carved stone base. He wears a white dhoti and a white shawl with striped brown-and-gold borders, with rudraksha beads at his neck and wrists. Garlands of yellow marigolds and white flowers hang on a deity murti at left, which wears gold ornaments and jewelled adornments. A carved stone pillar and a woven mat stand behind him, with a yellow patterned cloth on the floor. The scene reads as devotional worship at a temple.2012-04-03December 11 20152015-12-11
