A large red-walled building with a green corrugated metal roof stands on dry grass under a cloudy sky. Two tall coconut palms frame the structure, and a small saffron flag with a dark emblem flies from a pole on the roof, with gold finials at the ridge. Thin lattice windows and a wooden door are visible on the lower walls, and rope lines are strung between posts in front. No people are visible.2006-09-21A photograph of an unfinished red domed building with a curved roof and perforated lattice-patterned panels across its upper facade, set on bare ground with grass and scattered debris.
