November 20 20062006-11-20November 20 20062006-11-20A photograph of an outdoor ritual site with palm trees and piles of cut stone. In the foreground a square concrete-edged pit with stone-block walls is set in a raised concrete platform, scattered with marigold petals and broken coconut halves. A standing figure in orange robes with long swept-back dark hair and a rudraksha mala stands with palms pressed together at the face in prayer, positioned beside the pit. Behind him, a white-clad attendant stands partly visible. To the right, two women in orange and cream saris sit on a mat beside a metal pot of flowers and garlands. The palm trees and grey sky frame the scene.2006-11-20A photograph of a long-haired man in an orange saffron robe and a long rudraksha mala draped to his waist, standing outdoors under a thatched shelter with trees behind him. He has a red bindi on his forehead and is breaking open or pouring water from coconuts held in both hands, with water streaming down. Stone blocks and a small offering are visible at the lower left. The man has distinctive long dark hair and rudraksha beads matching the a person description, but the appearance cues are not conclusive enough to confirm identity.2008-11-11A man with long, swept-back dark hair and a red tilak on his forehead stands barefoot in an orange saffron robe with a gold bead necklace, palms pressed together in anjali. A crowd of men and boys in white dhotis and shirts, some with tilak marks, stands beneath large banyan trees. A boy in a red patterned sweater joins his hands in front. Clay pots with offerings sit at the bottom edge. Swamiji (probable) is identified by appearance cues: long swept-back hair, saffron robe and gold bead necklace, standing as the central figure leading the ritual.2005-12-31December 21 20092009-12-21January 02 20082008-01-02A barefoot man with long, loose dark hair stands on a mound of reddish-brown earth in an outdoor yard. He wears a sleeveless saffron-orange cloth wrapped over one shoulder and draped around the body, and holds the fabric at his waist with one hand. Behind him are a large heap of cut grey granite blocks, a coconut palm, and other trees, with a power line overhead. He looks downward, apparently preparing for a fire walk. The image is a photograph of a single person.2006-11-22Outdoor photo of a long-haired man seated cross-legged on rocks over an orange cloth on grassy ground with scattered trees behind. He wears an orange robe draped over his shoulders, a long rudraksha mala, and a red mark on his forehead, with his hands clasped on his knee. Two men in white clothes sit nearby, one at right wearing gold bangles, and a wooden staff lies at the lower left. The long swept-back hair, saffron robe and rudraksha cues are distinctive, so this is a probable Swamiji in person.2008-01-03November 11 20062006-11-11July 21 20052005-07-21 +1 copiesApril 02 20122012-04-02
