A seated man with long swept-back hair, a multi-coloured flower garland and an orange robe with gold trim, appears to be the person being honoured (Swamiji (probable), with long hair and a saffron robe as cues). He leans forward to accept a small pink-wrapped offering from a boy in white kurta with a dark rudraksha-style necklace, who holds a paper. A young woman in white with a red thread bracelet stands beside them, and two saffron-robed attendants stand behind. Pink and purple wrapped sweets sit in a metal tray at right. Behind them, women in red and yellow clothing watch, and a cameraman with a video camera is at the left edge. Flower arrangements in yellow and red sit at the left, and a red-curtained backdrop is behind the group. The page identifies the orange-clad man as a person, and his appearance shows long swept hair, a saffron top, a pink garland and a rudraksha mala, which is a probable match, so he is described as a person receiving or giving the mala as a devotee bows.2010-08-15Indoor event photo in a plain hall with pale walls and a red curtain at the back.
